Data we process
When you create an account, we process account, business, customer, invoice, and uploaded-file data, together with limited operational information required for security and session continuity. The guest editor works without an account and keeps its data in your browser only.
How we use data
We use data to provide the workspace, retain documents, create previews and PDFs, deliver verification and account-recovery email, secure the service, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or external tracking.
Service providers
InvoiceAt may rely on hosting, email, storage, and backup providers. Data is shared with them only as needed to operate and protect the service.
Retention and controls
Account data is retained while the account is used or as needed for operations, security, and applicable obligations. You can export account data or request account deletion from security settings. Operational records or backups may remain for a limited period before scheduled deletion.
Security
We use secure server-side sessions, encrypted connections, access controls, and workspace isolation. No electronic system is risk-free, so protect your password and authentication codes and do not share them.
