Service scope
InvoiceAt provides tools to manage business and customer information and to create, preview, save, and generate PDF and QR invoice documents. Some features depend on account and organization configuration.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of account, business, customer, and document data and for reviewing every invoice before saving or issuing it. Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
Tax and ZATCA
InvoiceAt assists with calculations and document preparation based on your inputs, but it does not provide legal or tax advice. Production ZATCA operations are available only to an organization that is specifically configured and authorized, and the service does not imply government approval or endorsement.
Account security
Keep credentials and MFA information confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Access may be restricted temporarily to protect the service or address reasonable abuse concerns.
Availability and copies
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, failures, or changes may occur. Keep appropriate copies of important documents and do not rely on InvoiceAt as your sole accounting or archival record.
Service limitations
The service is provided in its available state. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for consequences of incorrect inputs or documents used without appropriate review.
